Previously we've told you about the weekly patient conferences held with Dr. Bruce, the therapists, the nurses and others on staff at BIR.
Just had another evaluation and although there are improvements and progress is being made.....

I just read today's post and know you must be disappointed with the postponement of your release date.....however, once you get home, you may be glad you had the extra week of therapy. It takes much time and patience to recover from spine surgery.
ReplyDeleteWe are thinking of you,
Mary and Charles
Hang in there, Pattie! What's one more week at this point?
ReplyDeleteYou're in our hearts and prayers,
Tom and Robbi
Pattie,
ReplyDeleteStay strong! You will be all the stronger after another week with the support of their staff. We can't wait to see you though!

Hey girl,
ReplyDeleteGive me a call anytime. I think about you often and calling, but don't because I think you might be in therapy and then it might be late. You know how it goes, but I'm still a night owl, so call anytime. If you have commputer access, set up a facebook.
Love ya,
Stephanie
At the Rehabilitation Center where I work, our Therapists have weighed in on the National Health Insurance Plan.
ReplyDeletePhysical Therapists thought the Administration was just pulling their leg.
Aquatic Therapists said the plan was too watered down.
And the Speech Therapists said it was all a bunch of talk.
Hope this made you smile. Get well soon!
